Commercial finance lender seeks asset finance portfolios
A commercial finance lender is expanding its portfolio and seeking experienced asset financing management teams over the next five years.

The commercial development firm has also appointed European consulting and service firm Invigors to assist with its expansion plans.

Commenting on the commissioning, Invigors partner Chris Boobyer underlined the move as an opportunity for companies looking to restructure their asset financing or divesting interests.

He said: "Our client is both dynamic and well-funded and is executing a clearly-defined strategy for growth.

"They have chosen Invigors to work with on this assignment because of our hands-on approach and pan-European expertise."

There are mounting indications that confidence is improving across the commercial development and lending sector.

Last week, the FT Adviser reported that a new fund, CR Property, had been set up by British Land, King Sturge and Charles Russell.

The fund managers are aiming to give investors a 100 per cent return on their money over seven years.ADNFCR-2843-ID-19563614-ADNFCR
