Commercial property events to kick off at Pride Park

A series of commercial property breakfasts will get underway in the east Midlands next month.

Derby's Pride Park stadium will play host to a commercial property finance breakfast next month.

The event will highlight the state the scale of commercial development in the east Midlands, with similar talks scheduled for Nottingham and Leicester, the Derby Telegraph reports.

It is being organised by Innes England, which told the newspaper that it hopes to expand businesses knowledge of different sectors in addition to giving them any expansion information they require.

Global information services company Experian will also be in attendance, and will give attendees comprehensive information about the east Midlands regional economy.

The Pride Park event, which will feature representatives from the Bank of England and Lloyds TSB, will get underway on February 11th between 08:15 and 10:00 GMT).

Innes England was the commercial property consultant on the recent sale of Stoford's 11-acre Fairway Business Park site to Casepak, a waste management company.

The facility, which is located in Leicester just one mile from the M1 motorway, will be developed by the company into a waste transfer facility.ADNFCR-2843-ID-19578128-ADNFCR
