Commercial property sector to benefit from new Birmingham surveyors

A new surveying practice will target its activities at Birmingham's commercial property sector.

Companies involved in commercial development in the West Midlands may benefit from the establishment of a new surveying practice.

Urban Green LLP has been set up by Caroline Monk and Simon Munson in Birmingham, a firm that will work closely in the commercial finance sector by providing professional and building surveying services, the Birmingham Post reports.

Ms Monk said the West Midlands is an ideal location for the business to be based and that 2010 will be a "very exciting time" for Birmingham's commercial property sector.

"As the UK's second largest city Birmingham provides us with a number of unique business opportunities," she commented.

"We are fully aware of the current demands of a difficult market, but as a small and dynamic practice we have the ability to provide our clients with a high quality bespoke service."

In December, Urban Green confirmed that Glasgow-based Michael Churm had joined the practice in a consultant capacity. ADNFCR-2843-ID-19606568-ADNFCR
