A delegation from Coventry will travel to the MIPIM commercial property event next month.
Coventry is set to unveil its extensive redevelopment plans at the largest commercial property show in the world next month, which may draw even more
development funding to the West Midlands city.
MIPIM will be held from March 16th until the 19th in Cannes and is expected to attracted some 17,000 participants from 80 countries, including
property investment groups and estate agents.
A delegation from Coventry will attend the event with a consortium of private sector partners to show how the city is planning for the upturn in the economy, the Coventry Telegraph reports.
"I view MIPIM as vital for Coventry for several reasons. We have a very good story to tell in terms of what is currently happening here," Martin Reeves, chief executive of Coventry City Council, told the newspaper.
"Not only are we very much open for business and developments are coming out of the ground, but we have a pipeline to very exciting projects."
