An event is to be launched in June which will help to connect commercial finance lenders to funders and brokers.
The National Association of
Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) is launching its first Commercial Finance Expo in June, which may interest those seeking
sources of finance for
property investment.
Due to be held at Birmingham's NEC on June 30th, the event is set to attract commercial finance brokers, lenders and funders, while the NACFB's annual conference will also be incorporated into the day.
NACFB chief executive Adam Tyler described it as the ideal opportunity for people to network over their investment plans and hoped the event would help to kickstart confidence in the market.
"There are different events which cover some aspects of the commercial finance industry, but none which get representatives from
asset finance,
commercial mortgages, buy to let, vehicle finance and factoring all under one roof," he added.
Last year, the NACFB launched its first back office software designed for commercial finance brokers, which was made available to its members.
