Businesses in Liverpool looking for new offices could take advantage of a unique offer from a commercial development company.
A north-west
property investment company is offering free office space at a premium Liverpool location.
Commercial development and investment agency Hitchcock Wright & Partners (HWP) have been instructed to find a tenant for the Strand House building near Liverpool's waterfront, the Liverpool Daily Post Reports.
As an incentive, the tenant will be able to occupy the 20,991 sq ft of office premises rent-free until the end of 2010, with no obligation to continue the tenancy afterwards.
"The owners of the building have instructed us to let space at Strand House for a zero rental for the remainder of 2010. Interested parties would be responsible for rates and insurance," HWP partner Brian Ricketts told the newspaper.
North-west firms looking to rent will soon be seeing an increase in office space available, after planning permission was granted for a major development near Leigh.
The plans include 103,000 sq ft of office space, the Manchester Evening News reported last week.
